I've never really had my own pet before, but thanks to a thoughtful gift from an Aunt, I am now the father of a school of sea monkeys.
A number of people (OK.. one person) have asked, "What exactly are sea monkeys?" That's a good question. In short, they are pre-packaged brine shrimp that are born instantly upon contact with water. They can live for years or until I knock over their aquarium or stop feeding them.
